Let’s pretend it’s mid-December 2019. What happened this past year that helped make your business successful?
- Did you increase your revenue?
- Did you increase your client base?
- Did you increase your client offerings?
- How did you do these things?
- Did you sell more products?
- Did you ask for more referrals?
- Did you diversify your product lines?
These are just some of the questions we should all be asking ourselves. And not just at the end of next year.
One common thread we have noticed in speaking to and reading about successful is that we all tend to make everything harder than it needs to be. Running a business day-to-day is hard, but often it does not need to be as hard as we make it.
So, we propose a challenge. Let’s work together to make each other’s companies more efficient in 2019.
